HEXATAP returns policy

Returns are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects, within 14 working days from the order date.

How to request a return

Email us at hello@hexatappt.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will reply within 48 hours with shipping instructions.

▸Only products with manufacturing defects are eligible for return.
▸The 14 working day window starts from the order date.
▸Returns due to a change of mind, ordering by mistake, or damage caused by the customer are not accepted.
▸Products must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
