HEXATAP is a Portuguese brand that produces and sells decorative wall hexagons with integrated NFC technology. All products are manufactured in Portugal.

Products and prices
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Prices shown are in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and availability without prior notice. In case of an obvious price error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Orders and payment
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. We accept the payment methods provided by our checkout platform (Shopify): card, PayPal and others. Payment is secure and no banking data is stored by HEXATAP.
Shipping and delivery
We ship from Portugal to all of Europe. The average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects, within 14 working days from the order date. See our Returns page for details.
Intellectual property
The HEXATAP name, logo, text, photographs and site design are the exclusive property of HEXATAP. Any reproduction in whole or in part without written permission is prohibited.
Liability
HEXATAP cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products. Hexagons support up to 2 kg when properly installed. Installation is the customer's responsibility.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In case of dispute, Portuguese courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
